Women`s Health Retreat
26 May until 28 May 2023
Pädaste Manor on Muhu Island, Estonia
The Women's Health Retreat is a transformative experience designed exclusively for women who are ready to unlock their full potential, connect with their inner wisdom, and step into their power. Over three immersive days, you will gain knowledge and skills about women's health, including how to maintain and restore hormonal balance, and how to take care of your body and vitality from the perspective of functional medicine. Most importantly, we will share practical advice on how to implement these learnings into your daily life.
Through yoga, meditation, nature walks, healthy meals, and engaging workshops on nutrition and self-care, you will learn how to nourish your body and mind and create a sustainable lifestyle that supports your health and wellbeing. The program will include practices that help balance the nervous system and create harmony in the body, such as morning yoga, Mandala dance, and other body and breathing practices.
As an exception, this retreat is available only in Estonian!

Dr. Maibrit Schamardin is a personalized medicine physician and founder of the Avalon Health clinic. Her vocation is to introduce a holistic approach to health and help women find the right path for them to restore their health and balance.
She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Tartu and has worked as an internist in a hospital for 12 years. From 2017 to 2019, she completed in-depth training in the field of personal lifestyle medicine at the Institute for Functional Medicine in the USA. These studies gave her a new perspective on science-based medicine and the ability to see various connections between the symptoms of conditions and the deeper root causes. Many chronic diseases are preventable and treatable through proper nutrition and changes in lifestyle and self.
In addition, she has
also trained in nutritional therapy, Chinese medicine, body psychotherapy and
transpersonal psychology.
Maibrit believes that the body has the ability to heal itself if it is given
the right environment. She specializes primarily in women's health, hormonal
health, gastrointestinal and autoimmune diseases, health optimization and
disease prevention.
Chanet Siret Simonen has been on the journey of self-development for over 15 years. She is a PCC level coach and a level 7 adult learning trainer.
In addition to the journey of self-development, Chanet has also studied andragogy, which helps to create a complete picture of the nature and needs of an adult and assists in understanding the challenges accompanying changes.
"We want to make internal changes in our lives, so we must also consciously support the integration of changes into everyday life."
Chanet conducts practical workshops at the retreat, where at first we create clarity within ourselves and visions of ourselves as radiating women. At the end of the retreat we summarize previous activities and the new knowledge and create plans on how to actually apply the new knowledge to our lives. Let's review the limiting beliefs and obstacles that may come our way on this journey. Based on the new awareness, we create action plans for ourselves which we need to be radiant and healthy women.
